When you call or text us: your phone number, and whatever you tell us during the conversation.
When we visit your home for a measurement: the property address, room details, existing flooring condition, and any information relevant to preparing an accurate quote.
Automatically, when you use the website: IP address, device and browser type, referring URL, and pages viewed. This is collected by our hosting provider and, if enabled, by Google Analytics.

- Our installation crew — the team that performs the work at your property
- Cloudflare — provider of our website hosting, email routing, and bot-protection service
- Telnyx — provider of our business phone and SMS service
- Google Analytics — anonymous usage statistics (opt-out available in your browser)
- Legal authorities — where required to by law
Website analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, including pages visited, time on page, referring source, and general device type. This uses first-party cookies (_ga, _ga_*). No advertising cookies are set.
We may in the future use advertising cookies from Google, Meta, or similar platforms for remarketing. We will update this section before doing so.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics using Google's official opt-out browser extension.
Marketing communications
